How do I take my measurements to create my MORPHO ID?

Head to Sizing Lab and enter your core measurements (weight, chest, height) — and, if needed, more detailed measurements for a more precise made-to-measure fit. Your measurements are saved to your account and automatically generate your MORPHO ID.

What file formats does FATIMA.ID generate for the workshop?

The complete manufacturing file includes the full set of machine files (DXF, G-code, PLT, SVG), the MDL format, a parts list, and a visual reference — ready to send directly to a manufacturer or garment workshop.

How does pricing work?

Accepted Answer

FATIMA.ID runs on prepaid packs of design sheets: one sheet equals one complete design file (garment, MORPHO ID, machine pattern). The larger the pack, the lower the price per sheet. A pay-as-you-go prototyping plan is also available to try the platform with no commitment, and an annual license is available for large industrial accounts.

I'm a brand or a textile professional — how do I become a partner?

Sign up individually on the "Become a Partner" page. Brands, manufacturers, and factories can then find you in their list of available professionals and invite you to join their team for a product development project or an ongoing production run.

What is direct ordering from the YB factory?

Accepted Answer

If you're already a YB factory customer, you can create a club or association account and order directly — with no FATIMA.ID markup. You pay the factory directly for custom industrial textile production.

Can I customize my products with my own label or logo?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upload your label or logo, apply it as an all-over pattern or a single placement, and adjust its size and position on the mockup. Once finalized, the design is automatically added to your order file.

Is FATIMA.ID available in multiple languages?

The site is available in French, English, and Arabic (with right-to-left display for Arabic), to support brands, design offices, and workshops around the world.
